200 50 fist/ 50 fingertip drag
4 x 50 descend stroke count and time on 1:05
1 x 800 descend by 200's. Check stroke count periodically
(It is important to get some long sustained effort swimming into your practices.)

10 x 75 on 1:05/ 1:10/ 1:25 descend 1-5/ 6-10
50 easy
5 x 100 IM on 2:00 descend. You are getting lots of rest so make these fast. (10 seconds difference between #1 and # 5)
